However, for purchases with a total product amount of 10,000 yen (excluding tax) or more, shipping and cash on delivery fees are free (covered by us).
Bank transfer fees are to be borne by the customer. (Please make the transfer within 3 business days.)

Orders placed by 3:00 PM on weekdays can be shipped the same day.
Delivery to most of Honshu will be on the next day to the day after next, and to other regions, it will be the day after next to 4 days later.
For reserved or backordered items, they will be shipped after payment confirmation within the delivery timeframe specified on each product page. There may be slight variations.

You can specify the date and time of delivery. (As a general rule, please request a date and time via email, up to a maximum of 7 days after the order date.
If you do not specify a delivery date and time, we will send it on the earliest possible date. (Items often arrive sooner than the earliest possible delivery date.)
For Hokkaido and remote islands, we may not be able to meet your specified delivery date.
Additionally, there may be delays due to traffic conditions, weather, or circumstances of the shipping company. We appreciate your understanding.
We share inventory with our physical store.
While we constantly check our stock status, there may be instances of items being sold out simultaneously. We appreciate your understanding. In such cases, we will issue a refund or exchange the item.

Products will be shipped within 7 days after payment confirmation or order confirmation. If there are delays, we will notify you via email or other means.

【Conditions for Returns and Exchanges】
While we inspect all products, in the unlikely event that a product is unused and defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
If the item is in stock, we will exchange it free of charge. We will promptly send a replacement of the correct item directly to the customer.
Please note that if the exchange item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
We will bear the shipping costs for returns of defective or incorrect items, and the bank transfer fees for refunds.
When returning an item, please use a shipping method that provides a tracking number, such as Yamato Transport, Yu-Pack, or Sagawa Express. Please retain your shipping slip until you receive confirmation of the return's receipt, so that the delivery status of the returned item can be tracked.
In some cases, we may ask you to confirm the tracking number listed on the shipping slip.


【Exchanges and Returns due to Customer's Convenience】

We do not accept returns or refunds due to customer's convenience.
●Exchanges
The customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for exchanges.
Please return the item to us prepaid. We will send the exchanged item to you with shipping costs to be paid on delivery.
If the returned item arrives at our store with shipping costs to be paid on delivery, the total amount of the shipping costs for the return, the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item, and the cash on delivery fee will be paid by cash on delivery upon delivery of the exchanged item.
In some cases, we may refuse to accept the delivery.

We accept bank transfers, cash on delivery, credit card payments, convenience store payments, and other cashless payment methods.
